Events

Brownie Try-It Nights / Daisy Nights/Junior Badge Nights 

Each month during the Service Unit meeting, there will be a Junior Badge Night / Brownie Try-It night and new Daisy Night, from 7:00 until 8:30 pm, at DUMC in an adjoining room.  A schedule of the badges being offered will be distributed at the August service unit meeting and will be posted here.  Cost is per girl (Preregistration is suggested.) This includes the badge that they earn that evening!   For more information contact Morgan

Brownie Blast

The date of the Brownie Blast is March 5-6.  This is a great event for first time campers!  Located locally in Atlanta, girls will have the opportunity to earn council's own patches from other Girl Scout Councils while having a great night with their troop and other Dunwoody Girl Scouts!  The try-its will be: It's Magic and Chemistry Magic.  Sign up quickly - it's sure to be a magical night for all!

High Harbour

Al the information for Dunwoody Girl Scouts weekends at YMCA Camp High Harbour on Lake Burton can be found on the new High Harbour page!

NOTE: For safety reasons, specific event dates will not be published here but will be referred to as Session I and Session II.

Thinking Day

It is February 22.  Look for more info on our Dunwoody SU Thinking Day to come.

Ornament Extravaganza

Will be in December, more info to come.

Kidnap Breakfast

Mark the calendar for November 8, 2008.  This is the day leaders surprise the girls in their troop by picking them for breakfast and fun Girl Scout activities.  It is a great friendship building opportunity! 


Sock Hop

The Father Daughter Sock Hop is an annual Dunwoody Girl Scout event in February or March
