
Brownie Try-It Nights / Daisy Nights/Junior Badge Nights
Each month during the Service Unit meeting, there will be a Junior Badge Night / Brownie Try-It night
and new Daisy Night, from 7:00 until 8:30
pm, at DUMC in an adjoining room. A schedule of the badges
being offered will be distributed at the August service unit meeting and
will be posted here. Cost is per girl (Preregistration is
suggested.) This
includes the badge that they earn that evening! For more information

Brownie Blast
The date of the Brownie Blast is March 5-6. This is a great
event for first time campers! Located locally in Atlanta, girls will
have the opportunity to earn council's own patches from other Girl Scout
Councils while having a great night with their troop and other Dunwoody Girl
Scouts! The try-its will be: It's Magic and Chemistry Magic.

High Harbour
Every year, Dunwoody Girl Scouts are offered the unique privilege of
spending one of two weekends at YMCA Camp High Harbour on Lake Burton, near
Clayton, GA. Approximately 200 Dunwoody Girl Scouts and their leaders attend
each weekend. Girls must be at least in the 2nd grade to attend.

Thinking Day

Ornament Extravaganza

Kidnap Breakfast
Mark the calendar for November 8, 2008. This is the day leaders
surprise the girls in their troop by picking them for breakfast and fun Girl
Scout activities. It is a great friendship building opportunity!
Sock Hop
The Father Daughter Sock Hop is an annual Dunwoody Girl Scout event in
February or March
